The first rubber mixing production line of the internal mixing workshop has entered the trial production stage, and has produced qualified rubber. The second rubber mixing production line has been installed and started commissioning, and all supporting auxiliary equipment of the internal mixing workshop have met the conditions for trial production.

The trial production of one hot and one cold double composite pressing line, inner liner calendering production line, steel ring and other processes in the semi-finished product workshop has been started, and qualified rubber parts such as sidewall, tread and inner liner have been produced; The zero belt layer production line has met the linkage conditions, and the steel wire calendering production line is under commissioning. It is expected to be put into trial production by the end of January 2014.

The cutting machine in the molding workshop, four three drum molding machines and four two drum molding machines have all been put into production; The 48 vulcanizers in the vulcanization workshop have all met the production conditions; The X-ray testing machine has the inspection ability; The tire high-speed endurance testing machine is being installed and the commissioning is completed on January 25, 2014; All laboratory equipment has been in place, and the commissioning will be completed on January 25, 2014; SDS tire holographic laser detection equipment was commissioned on January 19, 2014; Power station and three station equipment have been in normal operation for four months; The 10kV part of the 35kV station of the power distribution system has been in normal operation for two months, and the power distribution room of each partition has been in normal operation for 2-4 months; The station building of the apartment building has been in normal operation to provide heating and bath water for the apartment building.

The equipment department will also continue to accelerate the progress of various installation and commissioning work according to the project promotion plan to ensure the smooth completion of the goal of connecting the whole line.
